I only work on commissions from Monday to Friday I also don't work on holidays . days May change on demands or if you require your commission for a set date.- Must own the model requested, if not I will NOT give assets.-I can refuse any request/comission wihtout any explanation-if you require a model that is not in my list you will need to buy it for me and any clothing items you wish to use for it.

anything I make WITHOUT ASKING-For NSFW commissions you MUST BE 18+
Proof of age is required i will now require a photo of your ID (ID can have everything marked out I just need to see the date of birth) with a bit of paper with the days date and your discord name on it
IF A FAKE AGE IS GIVEN YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND I WILL LET OTHER ARTISTS KNOW !- please have a reference sheet. I don't have enough creativity to work with artistic freedom but will try my best- I'm a busy person, please don't rush me. if I don't get back to you check Trello to see where you are.- Please have a basic understanding of unity and the SDK (VRCC ) . I'll help as much as I can, but some things I don't even know what to do.- If you want everything set up with the unity project I will charge a bit more. My time is money! (I prefer to uploading or sending the textures- PLEASE have a full vrchat account for me to upload if you pick this method (Must be at least ‘New User’ on VRChat!)1. As the commissioner, you are allowed to post the texture on any form of social media, as long you add proper credit to me, please. Please do not claim that you created the texture and do not use it for commercial purposes.2. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE TEXTURE?
As the creator i will use the texture for samples on my commission page and on social media, as long the commissioner wants it. Feel free to tell me not to post it!3.I do upload your avatar to my account temporarily to take photos and for testing to make sure everything looks good in game and any animations/toggles work.4.I am not to be expected to private message everyone on my list if there is a change in my IRL situation e.g if I'm sick.
I will make an announcement in the discord server if there is anything that will effect the turnaround times of commissions. It is on you to make sure that you are in the discord server so you are kept up with important updates.5. In the event in which a back charge is placed, a fee is charged on myself, as the seller and on yourself, as the buyer - meaning I have to pay what you back charged plus an additional fee.
In the event of a back charge, both accounts (the seller and the buyer) are flagged by Paypal causing issues for both of us, or you deside to ghost me after the work is finished.
Your rights to the work will be revoked. If it is an avatar, it will be listed as an adoptable on my gumroad/ cookies adopts in my server or for free and you will be blacklisted !!!!)6.The price you agree to upon purchase is the price in GBP. It is on you to understand how currency rates work, not me. You accept these terms. To pay in GBP not USD. I do not control the strength of money.7. I normally don't take payments up front depending on what the commission is. But if you fail to pay me for the work I do (You will be given 7 days once the work is done) to pay me if not you lose the rights to the work. It will be put up for sale on my store.I can do
